BOOKING TERMS: The above Rates are per apartment, not per person, for a stay of 7 nights. For each extra week add each full week costs for total rate. Prices are GBP Sterling. All bookings are Provisional until Confirmed.

Preferred arrival / departure day is Saturday each week. Other days available by arrangement.
Earliest check in time is 3.00 p.m.. Check out time is 11.00 a.m.

Rates include electricity, air conditioning, bed linen for number of guests booked and one linen change for stays longer than 7 days. The accommodation is cleaned on departure and prepared for the next arrival. Please provide your own beach towels, and ensure you have adequate holiday insurance for your trip.

Car hire

î	Airport transfers - Izmir or Bodrum Milas Airports.

To book the apartment a 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance payable six weeks before departure. For bookings made less than 6 weeks from arrival, payment in full required at time of booking. A Ł75 refundable deposit is also required at time of booking against breakages. This will be refunded once the apartment has been checked on your arrival back home. Full terms sent with booking confirmation.
